Dynamic Growth of state requires constant endeavor in technology

The development of a state is a dynamic phenomenon and has to be constantly endeavored. Ever since India became a sovereign republic, the successive Governments in the State of Punjab have been endeavoring for the rapid economic development of the State. In early sixties the establishment of an Agricultural University in Punjab paid rich dividends in the shape of green revolution and white revolution. As a result , agriculture sector got a big boost . There has been tremendous improvement in the lot of the Punjab farmers as a consequence of that decision. In continuation of the green revolution , the white revolution and blue revolutions followed it. These revolutions, helped continued economic growth of the State, in spite of a decade of turmoil in the recent past.
