PGP College of Engineering and Technology (PGPCET) established in the year 1999 and approved by AICTE and Government of Tamilnadu and affiliated to Anna University.

The PGPCET is an instituton founded by Dr.Palani G.Periasamy, an NRI and an educationalist turned entreprenur, as a token of love and concern for the economic and intellectual growth of the youth of his native place. The establishment of the college fulfills his long cherished desire of providing access to technical education to the aspiring youth of this area.
