Parent involvement supports our
educational and activity programmes. Three parent - teacher
conferences are built into the academic calendar to provide
parents and teachers opportunities to collaborate.
The school offers a challenging programme from Grade VI to Grade
X that will enable to students to acquire knowledge, develop

The School
Students of the Pre-Kindergarten attend a half day. Students from
the Lower Kindergarten to grade X attend a full day programme.
In addition to a comprehensive academic programme, the school offers
a variety of intramural sports, club and co-curricular activities
to help students develop skills and interests.

Geethanjalee Matriculation School
was started on the auspicious day 23.05.2025 at Peelamedu.
This school is run by the trust called "AVM Foundation"
founded by Shri. M.Alagiriswamy B.Sc., F.C.A., of Arasampalayam,
Pollachi (Taluk) with the blessings and motivations of
his father Shri. A.V. Marappa Gounder - the key instrument
behind this inception.
The School shall perform the service of
education as one of the activities of the Trust, with a unique
vision to achieve a mission of providing educational opportunities.
The ongoing effective opperations of the school will become
a launching pad for future innovations in the field of education
with the generation's education needs as the driving force.

420 sq.ft to accommodate 40 students have been constructed.
A well equipped spacious laboratory has been constructed
for subjects such as Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry
Library:
A well stocked
modern library is also under plan. This we hope
will supplement the learning process. A wide range
of standard books on all subjects including encyclopedias,
latest references and year books of latest editions
will be available. Educational journals, literacy
and sports magazines and the like will aslo be subscribed.
Initiatives will be developed to encourage reading
habit amongst students.

Games and Sports:
Strong body can promote a sound mind. Sports besides promoting
ability, alertness endurance also helps building team
spirit and healthy competition. Facilities for both indoor
and outdoor games will be provided in the school premises.
To augment physical fitness, facilities including indoor
gymnasium will be added. Participation in sports and games
will be an essential component of the school curriculum.
Biology Lab

The need therefore is to sow seeds of peace learning
